Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Pikl, we stand behind the quality of our pickleball paddles. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

• New Paddles Only – We accept returns for paddles that are in new, unused condition with original packaging.
• 30-Day Return Window – Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Custom Order Sales Are Final – Custom-designed and wholesale paddle orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Used Paddles Are Non-Returnable – We do not accept returns for paddles that have been played with or show signs of use.

How to Initiate a Return

If your order qualifies for a return, please contact us at returns@piklpaddles.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
